Our Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising factory production operations and supporting the Production Manager in daily tasks.



Responsibilities:

  • In line with the production plan, efficiently organize production resources to ensure tasks are completed with the required quality and quantity.
  • Collaborate with PE, WH, and FR teams and maintain timely communication to resolve issues and improve production‑related projects.
  • Coordinate with the PMC, Quality, and Maintenance Departments to ensure proper material supply and resolve any issues that arise during production.
  • Monitor all workshop activities to ensure they are performed in accordance with relevant procedures and documentation.
  • Maintain workplace organization according to the 5S system, ensuring all materials and products are clearly identified, neatly arranged, and properly recorded.
  • Resolve production issues promptly and report any abnormalities that may impact the production schedule in a timely manner.
  • Control production costs and continuously improve production processes to achieve better yield and higher efficiency.
  • Ensure that all related activities comply with requirements for product safety, legality, product quality, and applicable management systems.
  • Oversee employee training and development to build skills, ensure competence, and support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the HR Office regarding the placement and training of external resources based on incoming orders and operational needs



Requirements:

  • English (50%)
  • Technical diploma required; a Bachelor's degree or higher in an industrial or engineering field is preferred.
  • Computer literate (MS Office and SAP).
  • Excellent logic thinking, team building and communication skills.
  • A proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
