INVENTORY INTEGRITY LEADER

The Inventory Integrity Leader is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, control, and reliability of all inventory within the manufacturing plant and warehouse operations. This role analyzes inventory data, generates required reporting, monitors material movements, and maintains adherence to company policies and procedures. The position supports operational departments with material projections, manages slow moving and obsolete materials, and ensures alignment between internal systems (KDC SAP and P&G SAP). The Inventory Integrity Leader also supports monthly internal audits (IRA), corrects SAP exceptions (COGI), and oversees the reblend tracking process.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, monitor, and maintain inventory accuracy across all plant and warehouse locations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, including KPIs and departmental metrics.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and root causes.
  • Monitor slow moving and obsolete (SLOB) materials and make recommendations for disposal, rework, or usage optimization.
  • Track, investigate, and correct COGI exceptions to ensure system accuracy.
  • Maintain and coordinate accuracy between P&G SAP and KDC SAP, including material movements, consumption, and production postings.
  • Provide SAP support and troubleshooting for production, warehouse, and planning teams.
  • Monitor, track, and reconcile the reblend process, ensuring proper documentation and inventory movement.
  • Verify reblend quantities, material usage, and final disposition.
  • Provide material projections and inventory visibility to departments requesting planning data.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Production, and Procurement to ensure accurate material availability.
  • Ensure all inventory practices follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Support monthly Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) audits, leading corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for SOX, quality, and customer audit readiness.
  • Work closely with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure consistent inventory control procedures.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory loss and improve accuracy.

Skills required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Spanish as a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or supply chain in a manufacturing or co‑manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, WM modules).
  • Experience with inventory reporting, metrics, and variance analysis.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory flows, and material usage.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • Manufacturing plant and warehouse environment.
  • Require walking production areas, reviewing materials, and participating in cycle counts.
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend support during inventory events.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
